Stay away from that person for two weeks and you're oxytocin cocktail that you have blended by being together will end and you'll be back in your own head. Then decide if you have something after the drugs were off. Or as the elders would say, 'time will tell'. But look at that ass, and tell me honestly could you wait?

I've been called a "Risk Taker" by 12 yr olds and damn their right. But I'm a simple girl, I do something nice, because people do nice things for me and you do back and forth enough that builds friendship, trust, love etc. etc. So of course, I went blindly into my passion for play and avoiding thinking through the over visualize of what could go wrong? I've just spent a few days with Sexologist, Sex Positive Academics, Therapists, Doctors and Practitioners and they got me to thinking about the first time we all began to connect with kink and sex. Californians Time to Take Action

Our BDSM communities could be adversely impacted by a well-intentioned, but overly broad, piece of proposed criminal legislation that has been introduced by Senator Christine Kehoe in the California Senate. NCSF is asking all of you to sign and send to NCSF letters (a draft is attached below) that we can introduce if necessary at a hearing likely to be held in April, 2011.

The purpose of the bill, SB 430, is to permit effective prosecution of strangulation or suffocation "in domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse and elder abuse cases." But the bill's application could go far beyond those situations and result in felony prosecutions for use of hoods, gags and the like in BDSM play. There would be no requirement of "an intent to kill or injure," or of "visible injuries," and there is no mention of consent as a defense.

NCSF has been in touch with Senator Kehoe's staff, which has seemed sympathetic, and has proposed modifications of the bill's language that would address our concerns. Now we need to follow up by presenting at the hearing as many letters as possible that support the goal of prosecuting domestic violence, but only if language is inserted that protects our communities.

We urge you to sign the attached letter, modified as you see fit, and send it back to NCSF:

Re: SB 430 (Kehoe) Strangulation

Dear NCSF:

I fully support the worthy goal of Senator Kehoe's proposed legislation, to ensure that strangulation and suffocation can be effectively prosecuted in cases of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse and elder abuse. But I am very concerned that SB 430 as now worded might be used to prosecute elements of non-harmful, consensual BDSM (Bondage, Domination/submission, Sadomasochism) activity between adults, such as the use of gags or hoods. This could subject millions of tax paying, law-abiding Americans to criminal prosecution, merely for engaging in erotic, mutually pleasurable conduct.

Therefore I and thousands of other Californians would be able to support this otherwise valuable legislation only if it is modified by specifically excluding non-assault activities.

I join you in urging Senator Kehoe to incorporate in this bill the language NCSF has proposed.

I'm like a moth drawn to the flame when I see the vast devastation that Japan is facing. My childhood memories of living in that part of the world with the wooden houses that I could never understand how they survived the weather let alone the devastation of a wall of water.

The earth is shifting whether we are ready for it or not. We can manifest the fear, the guilt for not doing something we should, we can plan for the 'what ifs' and we can blame or we can pray for the best. The story about the man searching for his wife that continues to haunt me. When all is washed away, who and what are we?

For my own life, now choosing to live as out and as honestly as I possibly can, I thought I had reached the ultimate of living life fully. But when ALL is stripped away from you but your own life and the clothes on your back, your lifestyle choices still come down to being with those loved ones you shared your life with.

I keep asking what would I do, when faced with this level of destruction? Am I prepared, can I survive? Can I pull it together, and rescue my own kin and neighbor? I damn well better, all the girl scout, camping, survival skills I learned from my Dad should kick in and get the job done.

Shortly after I married, I learned a valuable lesson upon working in a small disorganized crisis situation, that as both Dominants we were able to step in and take charge of situations that needed order restored. It was a comforting feeling to know you can keep your wits about you when others panic and confusion rules the day.

Frustrated, Santa went in the house for a cup of apple cider and a shot of rum. When he went to the cupboard, he discovered the elves had drunk all the cider and hidden the liquor.In his frustration, he accidentally dropped the cider jug, and it broke into hundreds of little glass pieces all over the kitchen floor. He went to get the broom and found the mice had eaten all the straw off the end of the broom.

Just then the doorbell rang, and an irritated Santa marched to the door, yanked it open, and there stood a little angel with a great big Christmas tree.
